International Firefighters’ Day is a way to say thank you to the world’s firefighters for all that they do to keep our communities safe.
The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) will celebrate International Firefighters’ Day on May 4, 2021. We invite communities, businesses, fire departments, and media to join us in celebrating and highlighting the great work firefighters do every day, and to thank them for all that they do to keep us safe.
Shine Your Light for Firefighters
In commemoration of International Firefighters’ Day 2021, the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) invites you to join us in celebrating firefighters worldwide by lighting your home, fire department, or organization in red. On May 4, 2021, please Shine Your Light for Firefighters by changing your light(s) to show your gratitude for firefighters who protect us every day.
