One minute, helping out as a kid in the dining room and Outback at the Firemans Fair, the next, receiving the FHFD Volunteerism Scholarship ($4,000) at last night’s Senior Awards Ceremony! Congratulations to Kevin Medrow, RFH ‘24, former FHFD cadet, Eagle Scout and son of 2021 First Aid Captain Nancy Medrow. Kevin will be a student athlete studying Chemistry at the Stevens Institute of Technology and competing with the Track/Cross Country team! Congratulations!

Welcome to Vaughn Lynch and Ana Anttonen, our two newest members, who were sworn in Monday night at FHFD’s monthly meeting. Vaughn, who is a ’23 graduate of RFH, is joining as an active firefighter and without missing a beat will be starting his 3 month Fire Fighter I course at the fire academy next week.
