CORA W. KACEN, 82, of FAIR HAVEN, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born in Long Branch and was a lifelong resident of Fair Haven. Cora was a platform manager for Wachovia Bank, Red Bank for 25 years.
