DeFazio, 90, of Fair Haven, died peacefully, with his daughter-in-law by his side, on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at St. Barnabas Hospice in Long Branch. Mitty was born in Red Bank to Giuseppi and Petruzzi (Giuliani) DeFazio.
