Little Silver – Joseph B. Truex, Sr., 54, of Little Silver passed away Wednesday, June 6th. He was born in Oceanport to Raymond and Rita. Joe was a civically minded individual who constantly gave back to his community serving 16 years and a three time Captain of the Fair Haven EMS and served in the Fair Haven Fire Dept., a onetime Captain of the Rumson EMS and a 20+ year member of the Middletown Auxiliary Police Dept.
