CHARLES F. MEYER, 88, of the Whiting section of MANCHESTER, died Sunday, April 6. Mr. Meyer was born in Yonkers, N.Y. He lived in Fair Haven for 34 years before moving to Crestwood Village in 1986. CORNELIUS J. “NIEL” BRIODY, 86, of TINTON FALLS, died Friday, April 4, at Sea Brook Village, Tinton Falls. He was a co-owner of Briody’s Restaurant’s in Rumson and Jersey City for 37 years with his brother, Joseph Briody Sr., retiring in 1985.
