Learn CPR

Back by popular demand! The Fair Haven First Aid Squad is pleased to offer a class to our community on choking emergencies and CPR. The class will be led by American Heart Associationn certified CPR instructors and Squad Training Committee. The evening will inlclude some lecture, examples and most importantly, hands on practice with our training “dummies”. We are limiting the class size to 30. Welcome, Joe Duva

Welcome, Joe Duva – FHFD’s newest volunteer! Joe was sworn in as an Active Member at tonight’s monthly meeting. Over the next year he will receive fire fighter training and participate in drills alongside his new brothers and sisters. And of course, you may see him in a booth at our Fair in August! Thank you for volunteering!

Frank A. Scalzo

Frank A. Scalzo was called home on 7/3/23. Born and raised in Rumson, he resided in Fair Haven for over 50 years. Frank graduated from R-FH RHS in ’69 and attended Florida State University. He served in Vietnam in the Air Force and was later deployed oversees as a civilian in support of the Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom conflicts through his employment at Fort Monmouth, where he received many awards and special commendations.
