Frank A. Scalzo

Frank A. Scalzo was called home on 7/3/23. Born and raised in Rumson, he resided in Fair Haven for over 50 years. Frank graduated from R-FH RHS in ’69 and attended Florida State University. He served in Vietnam in the Air Force and was later deployed oversees as a civilian in support of the Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom conflicts through his employment at Fort Monmouth, where he received many awards and special commendations. Francis Dwight Havens

Francis Dwight Havens, age 74, of Jonesborough, passed away February 21, 2023 surrounded by his children. Dwight was born to Althea and Clarence Havens in Red Bank, NJ. At a young age he fell in love with fishing, a pastime he enjoyed with his grandfather, father, and would share with his children. After graduating from Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, he began a career drafting for a national engineering consulting group. John P. “Smokey” Felsmann John P. “Smokey” Felsmann passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on August 5, 2022. John was a life-long resident of Fair Haven, a community he was proud to serve for 59 years. He graduated from Red Bank Catholic in 1960 and served in the Coast Guard from 1963-1968.
